Gert Jacobus van der Merwe

Director

Gert van der Merwe is a Director of Epiphany Capital Management, bringing senior-level experience in financial stewardship, corporate governance, and oversight of regulated entities in Mauritius. His responsibilities include supervising CIS management activities for GITF, ensuring compliance with FSC requirements, and providing governance input across investment-management operations. Gert contributes strong administrative, fiduciary, and regulatory expertise, supporting Epiphany’s role as CIS Manager to The Great International Tusker Fund. 

Bheem Ramruttan

Director

Bheem Ramruttan is a Director of Epiphany Capital Management and plays a central role in the company’s operational and regulatory oversight. With a background in Mauritius corporate administration and fund-governance frameworks, Bheem supports the design and maintenance of internal controls, compliance reporting, and risk-management structures. His experience spans corporate services, financial reporting, and governance of Global Business Licence (GBL1) entities. 

Tejranee Sewock

Director

Tejranee Sewock was appointed Director in 2024, adding further depth in financial compliance, corporate governance, and statutory management. Tejranee contributes expertise in Mauritian regulatory processes, board administration, and oversight of outsourced service providers. She ensures adherence to the Companies Act, FSC requirements, and tax obligations relevant to Epiphany’s CIS management activities.
